Indian street food is great for weight loss.

 Editing a film requires working for a long time in isolation, and you lose your objectivity. The SHOW AND GROW process puts a filmmaker and her film in front of a supportive but critical and knowledgeable audience. When the program was in danger of disappearing because there was no one to run it I took over, because this is something independent filmmakers have to have. 

It's midnight; gas tank is overfilled, a drenched handkerchief clogs the
hole, I am driving solo. The road ahead is on fire courtesy of the
Maoist rebels staring blankly in my direction. Only one way to go and
that way is not backwards.

The experience of producing the training film Cambodia, Living with Landmines inspired me to produce a documentary for the general public about this extraordinary village and the two men who lead them. Thirty five years ago, these two men were at war with each other. Today, they are working together in spite of deadly political differences.
